This hotel left a lot to be desired, with a dark and dingy atmosphere that was far from what I expected from the Hilton brand. The major downside was the rude service and a concerning issue with my credit card being overcharged. However, the bright spot was the spacious layout of the rooms, despite the lack of privacy from the thin blinds.
The resort has spacious units with a decent layout, and while the kitchen appliances are great, the discomfort from the beds really detracted from my stay. The staff were polite, but unfortunately, their effectiveness in addressing issues was lacking. Overall, the resort feels a bit tired, but there are definitely positive aspects to appreciate.
The Embarc is a lovely retreat with beautiful landscaping and a fantastic hot tub and heated pool, perfect for relaxation. While my one-bedroom suite was comfortable and well-equipped, the size of the studio suite I initially booked was a major downside, especially for two people. The location is great with easy access to hiking trails and bike paths, but be cautious when selecting room types to ensure you have enough space.
My stay at Embarc Whistler was quite enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Blackcomb Gondola, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The underground parking was a real convenience. However, the room decor felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, but the mattress in our bed definitely left something to be desired.
I had high hopes for my stay at Embarc Whistler, especially after hearing positive things. The location is picturesque, surrounded by stunning mountains and a short walk from the village, perfect for outdoor lovers. However, my experience with the timeshare presentation left a lot to be desired, and I felt misled. While my room was clean and cozy, I wished communication regarding my voucher had been clearer. Overall, the beauty of the area is a major plus, but the mixed experience with services is a downside.
